Designed for the DIY couple. This package is designed for the couple who have made the plans themselves and are looking for someone to make sure their vision comes to life on the day of. This allows the you to sit back and enjoy the day you have been excited for and worked on for months.

This package includes:

 

  • 10 Hours of Coordination working on site day of

  • Unlimited calls, texts or emails the month of the wedding

  • Full Coordination and supervision of the Rehearsal

  • Two prior meetings before the wedding
    - One walk through on site

  • Delivery of Final payment of vendors on day of, if required

  • Creation of Master timeline for the wedding day

  • Use of Wedding Day emergency kit

Month of Coordinator

This package includes:

  • Up to 3 prior meetings before the wedding, initial meeting 1 month prior to the wedding

  • Liaise with venue and vendor management, providing each with day of itinerary

  • Coordinate final calls, payments and guest numbers

  • Assist with seating and room layouts

  • 10 Hours of Coordination working on site day of

  • Full Coordination and supervision of the Rehearsal

  • Delivery of Final payment of vendors on day of if required

  • Creation of Master timeline for the wedding day

This package is perfect for the couple who is looking for a partner in the planning process.

This package allows you take control of your wedding plans while having a partner to keep you on track and make sure your day is everything you wanted.

  • Planning services start one year before the wedding 

  • Recommendations/Research of vendors

  • Bi-monthly in-person or over the phone meetings
