Katie is amazing! We had her for full planning and added decor set up and take down package. It was 100% worth it. From the beginning she dealt with all the vendors, all their questions, all the planning. She saved me hours of work. She thought of everything before hand. Before hiring her I was nervous about forgetting something but immediately after hiring her I knew she would take care of everything. All her vendor recommendations were great. I just showed up the day before and everything was beautifully set up. We talked about the set up and she made little adjustments and I trusted her so much I didn't even check the adjustments. The next time I saw my venue was when I was getting married and it was beautiful. I could enjoy my wedding like I was a guest because all questions were directed to her. She had a perfect timeline and we just followed it along. She cleaned up everything afterwards. She even sorted the garbage the next day. 100% recommend.

Katie went above and beyond to make our wedding day a success. When planning our wedding I wasn't sure if we needed a co-ordinator, but it was hands down one of the best decisions we made. Katie takes away all of the stress and handles all of the details on your big day. Katie and her Pearls and Lace team were amazing to work with. Katie was so eager to help and make sure everything went perfectly the day of our wedding. She helped me make decisions, sourced rentals for us, picked up our rentals, decorated and did the tear down, and coordinated our day. Even our venue (Fox Harb’r) told us how much they loved her and how easy and organized she made everything for them.

During a panic in my planning process, I opted to reach out for a “day of coordinator”
-- I am so glad I did!
Katie made the day of and day prior go so smooth. From rescuing my dog who escaped while we were away at our rehearsal dinner, to making sure the bridal party stayed hydrated and was passing out water in the 35 degree heat.
Katie was so calm, cool and collected that she made it seem like I had nothing to worry about. She took care of everything and anything I needed to make sure the day went just as planned. I couldn’t have asked for more from her; she went above and far beyond anything I could have asked!
